Three classes form one European youth pathway
Yamaha Motor Europe has opened registration for the 2027 YZ bLU cRU FIM Europe Cup. The programme covers three motorcycle and age groups: YZ65 for riders aged 8–12, YZ85 for 11–14 and YZ125 for 13–16. Riders compete in eligible regional, national or European championships before selection for the SuperFinale.
The target is one of 120 gates at Assen
Registered riders race through the season for 120 places at the 2027 YZ bLU cRU SuperFinale. It will run alongside the Motocross of Nations at Assen in the Netherlands from 8–10 October 2027. Registration alone does not guarantee a SuperFinale place; riders must qualify through the programme.
Female riders have a defined Masterclass route
At the SuperFinale, the top three riders in each class, two selected wildcard riders and the top female racer in each class receive an invitation to the two-day bLU cRU Masterclass. That explicit place gives leading female participants a route into the next assessment stage rather than relying only on the overall top three.
The final rewards differ by motorcycle class
After the Masterclass, one YZ125 rider will be selected for a Yamaha-supported team and the 2028 EMX125 Championship. One rider from each of the YZ65 and YZ85 classes will receive specialised Yamaha support and GYTR parts for the following season. These are selection outcomes, not automatic rewards for every SuperFinale winner.
The application window has a firm closing time
Yamaha lists the registration deadline as 23:59 on Sunday 28 February 2027. The manufacturer says more than 900 riders from over 30 countries took part in bLU cRU initiatives during 2026. Euro MX Community records that as Yamaha’s published programme figure and does not convert it into a prediction for 2027 entries.
