Fantic makes youth racing part of its restart

Fantic has placed youth competition inside its confirmed 2027 sporting direction. The Italian manufacturer says it will reinforce its presence in the EMX125 European Championship and national championships, with the factory EMX and Enduro teams serving as reference points for a long-term development programme.

The strategy builds on a measured 2026 record

Fantic identifies Bertram Thorius’s fourth place in the 2026 EMX125 standings, including one moto win and three podiums, as evidence for the next step. It also notes Gennaro Utech’s Italian Rookies Cup title. These results explain the focus; they do not guarantee the same outcomes in 2027.

Production development remains linked to racing

The manufacturer describes racing as a testing ground for production motorcycles and says technical solutions move from competition into customer machines. That connection is a stated development philosophy. The announcement does not quantify a performance gain or name a new production part created by the youth programme.

The confirmed plan stops short of a rider list

Fantic confirms stronger EMX125 and national activity, but does not publish the complete 2027 youth rider line-up, team numbers or round-by-round programme. Euro MX Community therefore treats the structure as confirmed and every individual seat as open until the team announces it.

Enduro changes will follow separately

Fantic also says a new official Enduro World Championship team structure will be announced soon. No composition or rider names are provided in the current release, so they are not included here. This briefing remains focused on the published youth-racing direction rather than predicting the later Enduro announcement.
