GASGAS defines a tighter role inside KTM AG
GASGAS has set out its direction for 2027 and beyond: a sharper position in off-road, with competition and performance at the core. The manufacturer identifies motocross, enduro and trial as the disciplines through which it intends to make riding accessible and clearly differentiated inside the wider KTM AG portfolio.
Price–performance becomes part of the identity
KTM AG Chief Commercial Officer Stephan Reiff says the ambition is to balance performance, accessibility and economics. GASGAS also names a focused portfolio and a strong price–performance proposition as points of difference. That is a strategic position, not a published promise that every future model will cost less than a rival.
The announcement is broader than one motorcycle
This is a manufacturer-direction statement rather than a single model launch. It places the brand’s future around dirt bikes and the pathway into off-road riding for different ages. The official wording does not publish a complete 2027 model list, country-by-country prices or technical specifications for unannounced machines.
Competition remains part of the product message
GASGAS says competition and performance remain central even while accessibility is emphasised. That links its customer range to motocross, trial and enduro without claiming race results or factory programmes that are not included in the announcement. Separate team news still requires confirmation from the brand or championship.
What to watch next
The confirmed direction is a focused off-road role and a stronger price–performance identity. The unanswered questions are the final size of the portfolio, which motorcycles continue in every market and how future technical updates will be distributed. Euro MX Community will treat each of those as open until GASGAS publishes the relevant model information.
