Beta MRT confirms the 2027 seat

Beta MRT Racing has signed Gennaro Utech as an official Beta rider for the 2027 EMX250 European Championship. The announcement identifies the Italian, his class, team and motorcycle, making this a confirmed programme rather than an expected transfer.

A 2009-born rider moves into EMX250

Utech was born in 2009 and will make what the team calls a significant career step into the European 250 class. The official release keeps the focus on development and improvement from race to race; it does not attach an unverified title target or result prediction to his first campaign with the team.

The RX 250 2T is the confirmed race bike

Beta MRT will place Utech on the RX 250 2T. The team describes the two-stroke as developed for the MX2 category and selected for the demands of EMX250. No power figure, weight claim or special factory specification is included in the signing release, so none is added here.

The support structure is part of the move

Beta MRT says it will accompany Utech through the new programme and shares an objective of improving race by race. That language makes the signing a rider-development project as well as a place on an entry list, without guaranteeing a later MX2 promotion or fixed timetable.

What remains to be announced

The official team statement confirms Utech, EMX250, the 2027 season and the RX 250 2T. It does not identify his 2027 teammates or publish a complete round-by-round programme. Euro MX Community will add those details only after Beta MRT, the manufacturer or the championship confirms them.
